LEVELS OF CARE
Individualized service plans are developed from an initial assessment of the individual’s needs. From this initial assessment, a thorough package of services is developed. Periodic reviews of these plans are conducted to ensure their accuracy and thoroughness. The following services and amenities are included in the monthly rent:

Brighter Living’s levels of care build upon the one before it. For instance, Level 1 care includes all of the services of the Basic Level, plus Level 1 services. Level 2 includes all of the services included at both the Basic and Level 1, plus additional Level 2 services.

Brighter Living’s Transitions Program meets the needs of individuals who require additional temporary support after leaving a hospital or nursing home. Brighter Living offers respite care to families or individuals needing the opportunity for relief from the daily stress of being a caregiver.
